On the day
Once you have decided which candidates you would like to be assessed.

It is over to us to organise the assessment centre. Be that the location, catering, the time and date (to suit you), the assessment tools and host the day in-person.

You can expect to see your candidates on the day be engaging, bright-eyed and enthusiastic.
From your side, the hiring team will be given assessment criteria sheets, for the chosen assessment which will then help to score and assess candidates.

These sheets will then be formatted by Future Talent Assessments and sent back to the hiring team to make an informed decision on the best candidate/s.
